FRENCH EDGERS French Edgers are useful tools for skiving off small amounts of leather near the edge of a piece or for skiving down a flat plate rigging before attaching it to the saddle. The cutting edge width of each size is as follows:
Size 1:1/8" cut
Size 2:1/4"
Size 3:3/8"
Size 4:1/2"
Size 5:5/8"
Size 6:3/4"
Size 7:1"
These edgers are used when definite control is needed. 2010 SIZE CHANGES ARE COMING. WE WILL SELL THE REMAINING ASSORTMENT, BUT ONCE THEY ARE SOLD OUT WE WILL BE SELLING 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 AND 1" VERSIONS ONLY.
