SKU-030821, the smaller brother to our large round knife, made for HSBT by an ancient tool making Company located in the heart of old Europe. Medium round knife is 6 1/2" long, 4 1/2" across blade corners and weighs 6.5oz. Fine grained high carbon tool steel, razor sharp. Simple but elegant old growth Oak wood scales. The goal in making this series of knives was two fold, prove that a high quality but reasonable priced knife could be made..........and not every reasonably priced knife has to come from China.
