Some would call this a Scratch Compass, we prefer the older original moniker of Patent Leather Compass. The body is entirely made of stainless, with crisp machined lines and style reminiscent of the older days. The blade at the bottom that does the actual cutting is replaceable, also quite easily sharpened. Blades are available as replacements SKU#67-5131. Each compass is shipped with the proper sized Hex Wrench so blades can be removed for sharpening or changing as you need. Don't forget that the blade is double sided, so when one side gets dull the blade can be rotated 180 degrees for a fresh cutting edge.
